Returns & Exchanges

  • We facilitate returns for exchanges or store credit, while refraining from processing refunds. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels.
  • Exchanges and returns are eligible within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following qualifications:
    • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
    • No visible signs of use, including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, or scents.
    • All tags must remain intact, and the hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    • Step 1: Obtain a shipping label and include a note inside the package with your name or order number, as well as the desired size or item for exchange.
    • Step 2: Ship the item to our boutique at 4848 SW 72 AVE, Miami FL 33155.
  • Please note that sale items and pre-order items are not eligible for store credit or exchange. Our pre-order policy necessitates a non-cancellable commitment, with production typically taking between 2 to 6 weeks.
  • In the event of receiving a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide images of the damage. Kindly note that our hand-painted hats may exhibit slight imperfections as part of their unique craftsmanship.

Gift cards will only be valid for 60 days once processed! If 60 days pass, unfortunately we will not be able to accept it.
