Returns & Exchanges 

We offer returns to all customers, valid for exchanges and store credit only. We do not process refunds.

Customers are in charge of paying the return shipping label cost.

We accept exchanges and returns if you're not satisfied with your purchase or are able to find the perfect fit.

Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Policy Is Strictly Enforced.

Send your item back for a store credit or exchange within 30 days. 

 Qualifications

  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
  • All tags must be intact. 
  • The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.

How to return?

Step 1: Get a shipping label. Leave a note inside the package including your name or order number, and the size or the item you would like us to exchange it for.

Step 2: Ship the item to our boutique. Address: 4848 SW 72 AVE, Miami FL 33155. 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Sale items.
  • Pre-order items. 

These pieces are not qualified for store credit or exchange. 

Pre-order policy:

  • Once you pre-order the item it can't be canceled.

*Items take from 2 to 6 weeks in production*.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery and forward images of the damage.

Our hats are hand-painted, sometimes the imperfections are part of the product.
